Top five Internet, TV, and Phone Deals

  • Spectrum

Keeping things simple was one of the reasons we chose Spectrum. You can choose the combination of cable TV bundles and internet packages/ plans offered in your area when you sign up for Spectrum. You can also receive a discount when you bundle Spectrum Internet and cable TV. Spectrum has the most affordable streaming bundles available. A Spectrum triple play includes Spectrum internet, TV, and voice, while a Spectrum double play includes Spectrum TV and internet.

Spectrum customers who do not have cable TV deals/plans can get TV Essentials for a few dollars more per month. A variety of live channels are available, including Comedy Central, Viceland, AMC, Nickelodeon, Discovery, and more. Regional sports channels are not available.

Sports channels are included in Spectrum’s TV Select package, which is Spectrum’s most affordable cable package. For one of the lowest prices, you can watch regional sports networks from any main provider and add internet at a discounted rate to your package. Click on the link to find more information.

  • Xfinity

Bundling internet and TV offers a good discount. Savings of up to $25 can be achieved by bundling Xfinity internet and TV. Additional services are discounted when bundled with Xfinity.

In addition to the local channels that come with Xfinity Popular TV, regional sports networks are also available for an additional cost. If you just need around 50Mbps along with local channels, both Xfinity Connect and Basic TV are excellent options. We recommend upgrading your internet package/plan along with your telephone plan. A range of speeds is available from Xfinity, up to gigabit service with 1200Mbps.

  • Mediacom

A few providers do not provide standalone TV, including Mediacom. There are no bundle discounts accessible for TV plans because they are only available if you subscribe to the internet. Despite this, Mediacom still offers a reasonably priced bundle. You can get Internet 60 plus local TV for as little as thirty dollars a month, for example.

Adding local TV to Access Internet 60 will only charge you a few extra bucks per month. Even if it is just local channels, it is still an amazing deal. If you want to stream using Mediacom’s internet service, you should be aware of the data cap. Streaming TV is also not included in Mediacom’s internet bundles. Data usage over 200GB is subject to a $10 overage fee per 50GB overage for the Access Internet 60 plan. Approximately 6TB of data is available with Mediacom gig plans, but it is a little more expensive monthly.

  • Optimum

Since TV service is only available if you bundle it with the internet, Optimum does not offer any discounts, however, the bundles are affordable. With the 50-per-month plan, the internet speed can reach 100 Mbps and a selection of most local networks is available.

In comparison to other major service providers, the price rises for upgrading with Optimum are the lowest. Upgrade from Internet 100 to 300, for example, will only charge a few dollars more per month. You will spend around $30 more every month on Optimum Core, which is the next lowest-cost TV package, but it’s definitely worth it. Over 100 channels are counted in the package, including sports channels like Yes Network and MSG.

  • Verizon Fios

With its low-priced TV and internet bundles starting at $75 per month with either Sling Orange or Sling Blue, Sling TV is part of the Verizon Fios family. Sling Blue TV provides symmetrical uploading and downloading speeds around 300Mbps along with an option between Sling Blue and Sling Orange. Sling TV for two months is free as part of Verizon’s promotional offer, which is worth approximately $70.

Sling Orange and Blue packages offer about thirty channels. Disney Plus and AMC Plus are complimentary with Verizon Fios internet plans. Disney Channel is also included in the Orange package, but not in the Blue package, despite both packages already including AMC. Those who already have Disney Plus with Verizon Fios Internet may find the Blue package more appealing, but you must first review the whole channel lineup of both these packages before deciding.

Sling TV Orange offers sporting events, but Fox Sports 1 is not available. Sling TV Blue does not offer ESPN. However, there are zero regional sports networks with either service.

Bundle Has Flexibility

You can customize the bundle package offered by some service providers. You do not have to choose all three if you do not need them all. Are you frequently traveling and don’t need cable service? It is possible to get a bundle that covers cable TV and a phone by discussing it with your provider. If you do not need it right now, but think you might need it later, you may want to consider it depending on your budget and needs. It is completely up to you what you choose. There is no need to worry, you can always add on later.
